ကိုယ္တိုင္ဆြဲထားတဲ့ ပံုတစ္ပံုကို မိမိ၏ ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္မရွိပဲ အျခားသူတစ္ေယာက္က ဖြင့္၍မရေအာင္ Password ျဖင့္ ထိန္းသိမ္းထားႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ထိုသို႔ ျပဳလုပ္ရန္ ပထမဦးစြာ New Drawing တစ္ခုကို ဖြင့္လိုက္ပါ။
File Menu မွ Save as (Ctrl+Shift+S) ကိုေရြးပါ။
ထိုအခါ Save Drawing As Dialog Box ေပၚလာပါလိမ့္မည္။
ထို Box၏ ညာဘက္ေထာင့္ Tools drop-list မွ Security Options ကိုေရြးခ်ယ္ပါ။
Security Options Dialog Box ေပၚလာလွ်င္ Password Box ထဲမွာ မိမိစိတ္ၾကိဳက္ Password တစ္ခုကို ေရးထည့္ပါ။
ေဘးက Encrypt Drawing Properties ကို Click လုပ္ပါ။
Advanced Options ကိုသြားျပီး Choose an encryption provider ထဲက RC4, Microsoft Strong Cryptographic Provider ကိုေရြးခ်ယ္ျပီး Key Length မွလည္း128 ကိုေရြးပါ။
ျပီးလွ်င္ OK ကိုႏွိပ္ျပီး Security Options မွာလည္း OK ကိုႏွိပ္။
Confirm Password Dialogue Box ေပၚလာရင္ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ Password ကိုေသခ်ာေအာင္ ထပ္ရိုက္ကာ Save လုပ္လိုက္ပါ။
ဒါဆိုရင္ အဲဒီ့ Drawing ကို Password မသိပဲလံုး၀ ဖြင့္လို႔ မ၇ေတာ့ပါဘူး။ သတိထားရမည့္ အခ်က္တစ္ခ်က္က Password ေမ့သြားရင္ ဘယ္လိုမွ ျပန္ရွာလို႔ မရႏိုင္ေတာ့တာမို႔ Password ကို ေသေသခ်ာခ်ာ မွတ္ထားဖို႔ လိုအပ္တယ္ ဆိုတာကိုပါပဲ.........
